Ray Archie is founder of Notes to the Soul and "Principal Sound Alchemist" at Brooklyn Sound Lab.

Ray is a Bay Area-born and New York City made audio engineer, composer, and immersive sound designer whose work spans theater, live performance, music production, and storytelling environments.

He has performed internationally with Leonard Bernstein, Michael Tilson-Thomas, LSO, and SF Symphony; spoken internationally at AES and EBU conventions; recorded 30+ albums, 25+ audiobooks, and hundreds of long-form journalism pieces; and helped build one of the world’s largest streaming networks while at CBS Radio Corporate.

With roots in both Oakland and Brooklyn's creative culture, he brings technical excellence, emotional intelligence, and collaborative leadership to every project.
